Paint Correction
What is Paint Correction?
Our Specialists use micro-abrasive agents to mechanically polish the paint to remove all scratches, swirls, and damage to the clear outer coat of your paintwork.
Every car has an outer layer of clear coating that is designed to protect the paint and seal the vehicle from scratches and other scuffs but over time friction can cause damage to this coating and the paint itself.
No matter what you do, your car is going to be vulnerable to abrasion and wear and tear, so you need to do what you can to protect it. If your vehicle is fairly new, we recommend that you have it protected with a paint protection film or a ceramic coating.
Car paint correction can save you time and money all while removing your car’s imperfections.

Stage 1
-
Also known as Single Stage Paint Correction, consists only of polishing the paintwork in a single stage or step using a single type of polish and pad.
The Stage 1 or Single Stage Machine Polish involves refining the paintwork with a finishing polish and a finishing pad only and is typically not abrasive enough to remove swirl marks and scratches.
It is then followed by a wax or paint sealant to protect the paintwork. This is suitable for paintwork in good condition already that has no real visible swirls and only very minor marring.
Stage 2
-
Also known as Two Stage Paint Correction is appropriate for vehicles with moderate swirl marks and light scratches, and it involves the use of two different polish and pad combinations;
the first step is typically a cutting (abrasive) polish or compound to remove imperfections such as swirl marks, light scratches, and other moderate paint defects.
This is followed by a finishing polish and finishing pad to refine the paintwork even further by removing any marring or holograms left by the prior step, and it is then followed by a wax or paint sealant to protect the paintwork.
Touch Up
-
Our specialist paint matches your paint and applies touch-up paint to the affected area.
Keep in mind it will never look perfect but it will prevent rust build-up from the exposed panel if left untreated.
